Criteria for employers

Partners must be Equal Opportunity employers

Partner must pay at least National Living Wage

Partners must pay at least National Living Wage and where possible, we recommend the London Living Wage 

A role that will last at least six months

Partners must commit to providing at minimum a role that will last at least six months to provide a meaningful experience; with exceptions for seasonal work. Seasonal work parameters to be discussed separately.

The role must be open to those who have the right to work within the UK

Job opportunity must be open to those who have the right to work within the United Kingdom.

Contracted and paid via PAYE with all the statutory entitlements

All opportunities should be contracted and paid via PAYE with all the statutory entitlements such as holiday and pension enrolment.

The role must be entry level

The role must be entry level and not require a high level of qualifications unless necessary for the position and something a former academy player is likely to be able to attain.
